The Take Over
I was truly influenced by the way peer pressure impacts us. In some way or another, we have all been influenced by those around us. We conform to what we consider 'normal'. It does not necessarily have to be a bad thing, as you can see I chose to add bits of color into my work to represent that. But more often than not, we interpret peer pressure to have a negative connotation. This is why the majority of my work is blue, to symbolize the sadness. I created this piece using ink pen, prismacolor, and through the process of printmaking.
