I have the same issue, although I usually try to write when Im feeling relaxed, which is usually when Im in bed. I also sit in various positions and write, the one I feel the best in or I feel like I write the best in, I write in. - For me its half laying down half sitting up with my right leg crossed over my left and a book under my arm...-

Also, Pintrest has really REALLY good writing ideas, ways to improve it, character ideas, prompts, and so on. They really help when I cant write!

Try to think of something interesting, anything, memes, homework, your friend's cat, something like that. If that doesn't work, just come up with something completely random. Once, I wrote a story about burping sheep.
