Nah, it's from Mark Crilley! I think I recall it being a lesson on youtube on how to draw anime males. I was just starting! =D

Yes, yes it is. He's an amazing artist =) I did this maybe around three years ago. He very much inpsired me to look into different styles of drawing! I'm def a fan.
