i like how the figure representing war is black and white and the wallpaper is in color. it gives a nice sence of what each is like.

Feminine and sophisticated yet gruff and brutal (plus somewhat manly).

Interesting combination.

You can fall from the sky,
you can fall from a tree,
but the best way to fall
is in love with me <3

it is scary and beautiful all at the same time. I love how you captured the essence of war and peace together on the same piece of paper. you are truly talented.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others, for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness, and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

This is truly amazing! The depth of the meaning behind it is very awesome! YOur are clearly very, very talented! Never stop making this wonderful art!

"According to some, heroic deaths are admirable things. (Generally those who don't have to do it. Politicians and writers spring to mind.) I've never been convinced by this argument, mainly because, no matter how cool, stylish, composed, unflappable, manly, or defiant you are, at the end of the day you're also dead. Which is a little too permanent for my liking." — Jonathan Stroud (Ptolemy's Gate)

I absolutely adore this! I love how you contrasted the stark harshness of war to the gently colors of peace. I also love how, while in her own home this woman very well could have had this wallpaper, in war there was little distinguishing her from the male soldiers she cared for. Very powerful - I favorited this. :)
