Dont be fooled by what you see
February 21, 2010
This drawing started out with just the eyes and the rose. I decided to add everything else the next day.

Well the real meaning of the eyes is that everything around them is an illusion. the different color eyes represents that thongs can be seen in different ways. the tears mean sadness and the scar means anger. the cracks in the corner mean destruction and the swirls mean peace or happiness but notice that its not easily noticable in the picture and its less powerfull than the other emotions. (Oh and the blood in the scare is pain)

oooohhh i like this!!! the viewer is compelled to thoroughly analyze this piece to understand the symbolism. or, at least that's how i see it. does anything in this drawing symbolize anything for you?
