Troubles of Drunk Driving
The man Knew the outcome of what would happen. He decided to take one more sip. As the man walked out of the frost covered, glass door, He turned and asked for a drink to go. Not knowing the man was going to end up driving, the bartender threw the man a beer.
“ On the house!” the bartender shouted.
The man slowly made is way down the cold narrow lighted street. He got in his car as he finished the last sip of his beer. He took the old rotted beer filled with leftover black spit and threw it out the window. He started to drive away. He turned a few corners and went down a few curvey streets. Then he hit a long road. He turned up his radio and aimlessly down the street. Sudden sirens started getting louder. The man speed up.
The next morning the man woke up in a full concrete cell. He didn't remember anything from the night before. The police officer didn't say a single word and opened the cell. The man walked out of the cell. He followed the police officer around a few corners. The officer walked out of a door and there was the man's wife.
“Lets go!!” the man's wife said sternly.
“ Im sorry. Julian! “ pleaded the man.
“ I can’t keep doing this John! We are leaving.” said Julian
The man tried to convince his wife. Nothing worked. Julian was leaving for good. John knew there was no way to stop it. They pulled up into their driveway. They went inside. All three of their kids where sitting on a whitish tan sofa. They all turned around and looked at John.
“Where were you?” asked the youngest of the three.
“ I just had to stay late for work. That's all.” answered John.
“ Pack some cloths girls. We are going to go grandmas.” Julian told the kids.
The girls walked up the stairs as their mother told them to. John went and sat down on the sofa and put his feet up on the stained wooden coffee table in front of the sofa. They talked a little bit more on how they could make it work out. They kept the kids in mind. After discussing for a few hours, They went to bed. Julian wasn't pleased with her decisions that she had made in the past. Having kids and marrying John where two of them.
It was 2am, and John woke up to have a late night beer. As he got out of his bed he realized Julian wasn't there. He darted into each of the kids rooms. They where not to be found. He sprinted down stairs, grabbed a phone and called Julian. She didn't answer. John had no clue what to do next. So he went back to sleep to try to forget about what happened. The next morning he woke up and Julian was down stairs pouring a bowl of cereal. John walked down the stairs and just looked at Julian.
“Where did go?” asked john with a angry look on his face.
“ I dropped the kids off at grandma's house. Where leaving. The kids, me and my mother.”
