Cycle of Corruption
The moon illuminates the gentle town,
The wind blowing across the sky is the only sound.
Glistening stars bring the children hope,
As they accelerate on sleds down the snowy slope.
How anyone ignores the beauty is bizarre,
and all the beauty with only the light of the stars.
As the parents sleep for the following day,
the children are awake and ready to play.
The world is oblivious to the town and its grace,
because all the violence and anger isn't fit for this place.
This place stands alone without corruption,
but eventually it will fall to its silent seduction
