Thought
You're swimming in a sea of dead bodies.
You're at the beach, paddling through the water as the tides bring you up. Have you looked at a map before and wondered where you are exactly? You're swimming in a ocean, a sea of sameness. A sea of lost souls and lost causes, broken promises and shattered dreams.
Nothing but you, the ocean, and the lives left behind, decaying on the ocean floor.
It's sad honestly. Imagine being all the way out in the ocean, far from shore, trying to hold yourself up over the water. You are so alone, so alone that you seem to become a part of the sea. Part of
the people left behind and the stories forever untold. You are swimming alone in the scent of death.
