Bad Luck Billy
It was quiet, to quiet. Enough, you could hear a needle drop on the floor. I hated that feeling, but you don’t want noise in the library. The Librarian would flip at you if you made the slightest of noise. I had to say it. I felt it coming, a sneeze, I tried to stop it … I did, thank God AAAAAAC HHHHOOOOOO! Apparently not.
“You young man off to the principal's office.” I hesitated, the Librarian came to me and grabbed my ear. Everyone gasped, she dragged me to the principal's office against my will. Well thats my life I have the worst luck in the world. I wish someone, anyone, could feel how I feel.
As I entered the principal's office my teeth were chattering at the speed of light. Everything in my body was twitching nervously, but it shouldn’t be like that. Me and the principle go way back so its cool between us. The principal asked me to sit down, and tell him what happened so I did. He was shocked, he told me that the same had happened to him earlier in a meeting with the superintendent. So, he let me off with a warning I had lucked out there. It’s either that the principal actually had that happen to him or he just felt sorry for me because the librarian scares everyone. But my battle isn’t over yet three letters M...O...M.
Finally I got home from school having to fake detention so the librarian wouldn’t flip at the principal was so boring. Anyway when I got home from school today I wouldn’t know what I was gonna go through in the next minute.
“Mom I’m home.”
“How was your day my mom asked gingerly.”
“Another bad luck filled one I said with lousiness.” My Mom slammed the spatula on the kitchen table. My mom walks over with a mean look on her face.
“What happened this time?”, my mom didn't seem so happy.
“I was in the library with my classmates reading our books and you know the librarian she’s… she’s scary. So, of course, something bad happens. Guess what happened.”
“What?”
“I sneezed.”
“Oh billy why do you get in trouble so much. You're grounded.”
“But mom.”
“Two weeks, now go upstairs.”
I go upstairs to my room and slam the door behind me. I throw my pillow into my lamp, it catches on fire. I dump the water from my fish bowl on it. I didn’t need to worry about the fish, because there was no fish, it died within the first week I had it, shocker.
I fall asleep that night with anger in my mom not even my own mother understands me.
The next day at school, I see someone in the office. Its Jeremy the new kid, that was odd, the new kids never get into trouble. I was puzzled. I ask him what was up being in the principal's earlier today.
“I was kicking some balls at the walls of the school, and one had hit a window and it shattered. So, now I have to pay for a new one. I didn’t mean to, it was just bad luck.
I was shocked when I heard he said he had bad luck. I thought I was the only one who had bad luck. Over the next week I realized that everyone has bad luck. People were getting into trouble here and there. I was glad that I figured out that everyone has bad luck, but I still think I have worse luck.

I wanted for people not to think that they're not the only ones who have problem's in there life.
