Bonded by fate part one
The sky was dark and gloomy, threatning to rain down any moment, as I made my way onto the sidewalk. No movement of anyone outside. Prefect timing ....I thought. A gust of cool wind blew. I shuddered and pulled my black cloak tighter against me. I took another look around. All the houses on my street where dark and quiet. I slowly made my way down the sidewalk, mentally scanning each house I passed for any thing moving. Everyone was asleep. I slipped off the sidewalk and came to a dead halt at the boundary of the forest. My forest. The trees and plants called to me. begging to me. I gave one last look at around me and went in.
