What do you do
What do you do when he tells you he loves you. What do you do when he is gone the next day. Gone forever. I didn't return his love fast enough. He was the poster boy for the best boyfriend ever. Why he chose me, I'll never know, but nevertheless I didn't question it. He kissed me that night under the maroon sun, leaning against my rusty Ford. The next day he was gone. After the kiss, I suddenly remembered how he had hugged this girl outside of the McDonald's he worked at. When I questioned him, he blanched and turned away. I accused him of being a player. He apologizes. I turn and drive away. Not even getting my last ever glance. Love kills slowly or sometimes even quickly.
