She waits at the train station for a man, her man. She smiles as she hears the whistling approach. A man exits, looks around, and his eyes land on her. He walks to her, taps her shoulder, hands her a piece of paper. Her face falls, and she dies inside.

How intriguing! I literally flinched, said "oooh" and got the chills. Really spectacular job with such a few amount of words. Powerful stuff.
