No. A few more moments and it would all be over. I was panting, my fur on edge. The ground thundered and rocks bounced as they scrambled to safety. I breathed and sweat was trickling off of the top of my fur. I was prepered for the worst. It was all about to end. My life flashed before my eyes. Or, was it another jaguar? The next thing I knew I was tumbling across the ground out of the path in front of the gazelles. As soon as I looked up, I knew, I loved him.
