Going down in flames
“Good afternoon passengers, we are about to land…” Boom! Something exploded. I can feel to the plane turning and starting to fall abruptly. Beep beep beep, the alarm started the sound and the oxygen masks got deployed. While the plane struggled to regain balance, the loudspeaker got on, often cut off by static, “Brace br… Brace!... Engine down… impact in… 30… conds”. I managed to look out the window to see that one of the turbines is on fire and is followed by a fiery trail of smoke. I was on the plane alone, to see my grand parents in china. During the last 10 horrible seconds of my life, a fast slideshow of my life started to play in my mind. People around me were screaming when the plane hit the ground. While the plane was rolling and tumbling at high speed, pain swam through my body. after the 2 seconds that seemed like 2 hours, the pain stopped instantly. Then I opened up my eyes to darkness. I was floating in the middle of nowhere...
