“A kid was disrespecting and saying mean things about a teacher while she didn’t do anything wrong. The school couldn't do anything about it, they knew nothing about the incident. I think it's wrong to make fun of someone when they didn’t do something wrong. Maybe students should be encouraged to tell staff about issues like this. They should talk about speaking up and doing what’s right in advisory classes. If you get in trouble, take a break. Focus on getting back into doing what’s right. If you do what is right, you will make lots of people happy. If you do what is right, you can’t fail. If you do what is right, you will succeed in life.”(Brooklawn Middle School, NJ).
