Volunteering with Church

My church has a meal for the homeless and less fortunate. Every Saturday, a group from my church gathers together and makes a meal to serve. I volunteer every Saturday from about 4-8 just to help out with the meal. I also like to go around to the people, and talk to them about their lives, and stories that they talk about. I have gotten compliments from many people about this. I dont like getting compliments, because I feel I'm doing this out of the kindness of my heart and giving to people is my share.
