Forty four thousand species of animals are at risk of being extinct. As while humans are growing in numbers we can't comprehend. Humans destroy habitats of animals making them go endangered or extinct. We destroy jungles, forests and countless other habits for farming and construction.

If I had enough money I would buy land in these forests, jungles, and other animal habitats stopping them from being destroyed and give these areas the ability to grow and the animals to live and prosper. I would make them some habitats for those animals to reproduce in a safe and structured area. I would build these places in habitats of these animals and build fencing and borders to keep them enclosed and keep hunters and other animals out. These enclosures would be tens of miles wide and tens of miles long to ensure that there is ample room for these creatures to live and reproduce. This would give the opportunity for these animals to get out of the endangered list. Also I would promote smaller uses of everyday objects, like paper, plastics, and less food.

An example of this is giant pandas. There are about 1800 pandas around the world. About one-third of those pandas are in zoos and breeding centers. Because of those breeding centers and zoos they are protected and are able to reproduce in a safe environment where they can get the right treatment so those pandas can live and continue to reproduce.

How can we help though? While you may think that one person can’t make a difference, that is false. You can use up less paper and bike or walk more places. If enough people can do this less and less paper and fuel will be needed leading to less trees needing to be cut down, giving these animals back their habits. If you feel really motivated you could join a club, at school or in your community. These clubs will plant trees, help animals, and be one step closer to saving these species. Animals were a part of this world before we were and we should respect that and save these animals.
