Ditch Your Gender
I can agree completely with Emily Locke when she wrote about breaking gender norms. Lines such as "he purposely melted his GI Joes" and "she changes her own oil" shows that males can be like females and vice versa. Ladies and Gentlemen should not be afraid to express who they are by doing something different like a boy asking about barbies. Being who you are and breaking social norms is a message i found clear. Thank you Emily Locke for providing readers of Teen Ink with your work.
