White
The poem “White” is a awsome poem by Arushi G. I can definitly relate to itt because I have a hard time filling the page. I love it how the poet is giving life to the piece of paper. She gives it life by talking about how it spoke to her saying it dared her to fill it up with beautiful words. She responded to the blank white space with a simile, “I ran out of words like a dying balloon”. I’m glad this poem grabbed my attention because it showed me that I’m not the only person who has a hard time filling the paper on command. I wish I was a better writer.
