An Epidemic of Stupidity
A girl talks about how girls are more “stupid” when around boys. MTV’s hit show “Jersey Shore” and “My New BFF,”which stars Paris Hilton, are not helping this cause.
I totally agree with Sarah’s assumption of media interfering with the attitudes of most teenage girls. I can’t fully relate with this since I’m a boy, but being around teenage girls that are changing for the worse due to the media that puts negative attitudes in their minds. I’m not all that surprised that media has a big role in how girls act towards boys, and to each other. It’s not that hard to understand why and how the media influences teenage girls, and as well with some boys, I see the same dilemma in Ayersville about every day. Girls would do anything to gain attention, even if it’s only for a couple of seconds.
