Elementary School Teachers
This may have been discussed already, but I'm rather disappointed to see that you are only allowed to nominate a junior high (middle school) and high school educator for the Educator of the Year contest. Why is it that you don't allow elementary school teachers as well? They are just as important and can make just as much of an impact on a student. I understand that this would add numerous more submissions, but I think that they should at least be given a chance.
I know which teacher I would nominate, but I can't because he was my 4th grade teacher. He really made an impact on me. Please consider all the other wonderful elementary school educators that can't even be nominated for this.
