The Beef Debate
I completely agree with Chase in his article, "The Beef Debate", when he says that the best meat is whatever the consumers like the best. There is no actual "best meat" - you just have to rely on what your stomach wants! I also understand where he comes from when he wants people to come to the farms for their beef. I have met thousands of people who complain that the beef they buy is "too fatty" or "not juicy enough," and they don't even think about how being a cattle rancher is very hard work! I think they should just quit complaining, get in their car, and get help from the local farmer - they need it. Thank you, Chase, for informing me about meat.
