I found Chase's article "The Beef Debate" extremely informative due to all of the interesting facts. I never knew there was such a big debate over what should be fed to cattle.Chase does a good job of giving information of both the pros and cons of grass-fed and grain-fed cattle. I expected the grain feed meat to cost more but it seems people are willing to pay more for healthier meat. It would have been better if Chase could have explained some of the farmer terms he used like "4-H" to help the reader understand more. Thank you Chase for the great article.
