Teen Ink,

I really like the idea of this magazine; it really gives teens a way to express themselves which we normally don’t get to do. There are many ways people express themselves- stories, poetry, art, and more. Personally I absolutely love the artwork, but when you take the color away from it, it takes away from the picture. It’s almost like taking away adjectives from a story, color brings art to life. You don’t see it the same as the artist wanted you to.

In the March issue of Teen Ink, over half of the pictures were printed in black and white. I think all of the artwork in Teen Ink should be printed in color. I do realize that colored ink is more expensive and I understand that. Not everything would have to be in color, but maybe you could make it about ¾ of the pictures in color. I hope you understand and take this into consideration.
