I love the cubs to but yet I don¡¯t adore Sammy as much as Chris F. did. I see the bad sides of Sammy, it is quite obvious that he took steroids and that he was a huge disappointment after the corked bat situation. I will admit that I tried to make excuses for him because I loved him, who didn¡¯t, but you have to come to the conclusion that he is one of the players that puts that mark on baseball in the steroid era. I don¡¯t agree with all the things about Sammy and there are not many people out there that still show the same respect for him that they did before the corked bat incident.
