Erin Hoffman's "The Starbucks Gandhi" is very humorous and ccurate. Nowadays, you can't go to a Starbucks and see people ordering a decent, normal coffee. All you hear is, "Can I have a Soy Vanilla Chip, Ginger Bread Spiced Mocha, Hazelnut Frappuccino, and a pillow of whipped cream on top?" People go in and make up their own drinks. It is intimidating to walk into a Starbucks if you don't know what you are doing. They have their own "language" in Starbucks and use terms that don't even sound like English. Erin has a very well written story that is entertaining and something I can relate to. Thank you, Erin, for sharing this funny story and making my day better.
