"Hard Knock Safety"
I really like this article because it speaks about safety towards football players. In the past few months there has been 3 deaths due to head injuries from football collisions. The article makes a great point about saying how fining and penalizing hits above the chest still doesn't prevent head injuries 100%. A problem with the targeting penalty is that it gives defenders no other option to hit low on other players. With this form of hitting, it'll possibly prevent more head injuries but it will lead to a lot more leg injuries such as torn ACL's or a broken ankles.
