Suffering
I can relate to Natalie's Karim article about her meeting her dad. I have never met my grandma because she lives in Mexico. Her and and my parents got into an argument before I was even born. Once my mom found out she was at the hospital and at risk of losing her life, my mom wants to go. I want to go with her too, but she tells me to stay in school and not miss no days. I beg her to take me with her, so I can meet my grandma before she passes away. My mom ends up taking me and we get there the next morning. My grandma is surprise when she sees us. My mom starts crying and tells her I'm her son.
