My Own Person
I can relate to Melissa Hinojosa in her article, My Own Person. Many poeple wil try to bring you down because of your actions or believes . But in the end of the day there is only one opinion that matters, your own. As melissa said "accept you own unusual background and not let others define who you are". Taht is what makes us all unique, we are all different and that is what makes us special. Don't fit in change who you are just to be able to fit in with the crowd. I found Melissa's article extremely mopving because I know that society points out anyone who is "different" but she didn't care, she stood up and said who she was without fear of being judged. Thanks for this amazing article Melissa.
