In the writing named “Food for Strays” written by Lauren K., I felt her writing about wasted food is true.  I felt happy after I read her writing because it made me know that there are still good people in the world no matter if it is in the United States, Chile, Angola, or Bulgaria.  I enjoyed the word choices like “devoured” or “malnourished” that Lauren used.  I also liked the anecdote she applied in her writing.  Lauren used many details and was descripted when she fed the stray dog leftover fish.  Thank you Lauren, for making a difference in many dog’s lives.
