Suck It In
in the article "suck it in" the author kristin h. talks about how she was shamed for her body. i can relate to this in so many ways since i myself am shamed for my body. my sister constantly calls me fat as a joke but it take it very seriously.i know how she feels when going to the beach and feeling self concious. if a certain shirt or dress makes my stomach look big, i wont even wear it because not onlydo other people shame me for my body but i shame myself. i know the feeling she has,it feels as if everyone is watching you and looking at you and judging you for your body when really they arent. its hard to feel good about yourself when peopleare so judgmental. i know that kristin is not the only person that feels this way either.
