Summary:

When James Hunter, an advertisement inter in America gets a call from a hit Japanese television station called Hoshi TV, he jumps at the chance to get a better job and a better life in Japan.  After a pretty startling interview with his boss, with a strong family history, his life will never be the same once he's thrown into a strange maze with his other co workers.  In this place there are only two rules as they star in this action show, kill or be killed.
