CHAPTER ONE

Walbi: (Yelling) No, I’m done with you, Angelina. I’m leaving.

Angelina: Idc, get the hell out then.

(Walbi leaves and slams the door)

Angelina: How could he just up and leave me? Maybe I was just to good for him.

(20 minutes later at the park. Introduces Nasir.)

Walbi: Yooo.

Nasir: Wassuh good bro?

Walbi: Nun. Dealing with Angelina ass.

Nasir: Ah nah, what den happened with y’all?

Walbi: Bro, she on some bull.

Nasir: What you den did to that girl?

Walbi: So you know the new girl, Alexxandra?

8:30am Period 2 (Reminder that Angelina is in there period 2)

Ms. Jackson: Walbi and Alexxandra sit next to each other, and Angelina, sit in the desk next to my desk.

Walbi & Alexxandra: Ok.

Angelina: Ewww.

Alexxandra laughs

Angelina: Shut up, stupid h____

Alexxandra: Shut up what??

Ms. Jackson: Alexxandra, please be quiet.

Alexxandra: Nah, cuz while she over here running her mouth, she better figure out how to stop.

Ms. Jackson: Ok! That’s it. I had enough with both of you. Alexxandra, go into the hallway now, and Angelina, shut your mouth.

Alexxandra goes into the hallway. Ms. Jackson walks behind her.

Ms. Jackson: What’s wrong, hun?

Alexxandra: Nun.

Ms. Jackson: Ok. Let me know, and stay in the hallway for a couple a minutes. When you ready, come back in.

Ms. Jackson goes inside of classroom.

Walbi: Ay, Ms. Jackson, Can I go to the bathroom?

Ms. Jackson: Yes. You may.

Walbi leaves the classroom.

Walbi: Ayy--you good?

Alexxandra: Do it look like it?

Walbi: Bruh, it’s okay.

Walbi hold/hugs her. Alexxandra starts crying.

Alexxandra: Nooo, it’s not, cuz I don’t fight. I’m not like that, but today she really tried it.

Walbi: I know, but you got to do what you gotta do.

Walbi wipes her tears and kisses her forehead.

Walbi: It’s all good, baby. You straight.

They start kissing for a minute.

Both walk into class. 9:30 free time at school.

Dria, Tammy, Janel, and Alaysia are all Alex’s friends.

Amirah is Angelina’s friend.

Dria: So yah gon keep talking and act like i ain’t here

Dria: Bet , i’m going to sleep now , night

All: Night

Amirah : Angie are you crying ?

Angelina: What do you think

Alyasia , Tammy & Alexxandra : -laughs-

Amirah: Over a boy?

Angelina: He’s just not a boy , we’ve been together for 2 years
