Summary:

Two mystyerous strangers apear in the quiet town of Pawford, causing distress amongst the towns people.  It is revealed later on that these two adventurers were in fact two out of a group of four adventurers that were tasked with stopping the evil wizard Dalkoz.  They failed this mission and Dalkoz took over the realm naming it Semperanca or "No hope"  Now the only survivors, Talsk and Slanith, have been wandering the realm for years just to survive in this new, cruel world.
