Summary:
The Adara Trials have been a tradition for hundreds of years. Thirteen young women are chosen by the nobles of the Merindiahn court. The women are chosen to complete six deadly trials of wit and heart.
Nephalie, living on the small island Ingemar off the coast of Merindah is content in her simple life, never knowing anything else. But her heart longs for something more, a feeling deep in her bones tells her she is needed elsewhere. As the summer solstice approaches Nephalie meets a charming stranger that shakes up her days of monotony.

@SparrowSun Thank you so much for reading and commenting! I am indeed still working on it, there is so much more coming to the story. I plan on self publishing the book after I finish it.
