Summary:

Four friends find themselves abducted by three members of an unfamiliar race and are given a choice: go back home and live their lives, or come with them and fight against a new threat that wishes to cause chaos and bring down all forms of government that keep the peace amongst the stars. They agree to help them and travel across the galaxy fighting against numerous threats.
