Trophies for the Workers

This was a very well written article. I can relate to this tremendously playing sports my whole life. I completely agree that you should not be rewarded with a trophy for mere participation. I like how the author starts the passage by comparing sports to life then moves into how the coaches are at fault. In the beginning of the fifth paragraph the author addresses a counter example then states a better solution. This was all around a well written passage about a topic that needed to be addressed.
