If you fall in love with someone’s face and/or body, not them as a person, which would take time to get to know--are you really falling in love with them?

Of course relationships begin when one person is attracted to another, but through the relationship, this attraction deepens to include the other’s personality and quirks. It’s important to reach the deepness of this attraction at some point, otherwise you’re basically falling in love with a body--a mask, if you will.

I’ve always questioned the idea of relationships. When I envision a perfect relationship I envision getting to know someone on a mental and emotional level and only then beginning a physical relationship. So love at first sight isn’t exactly relevant.

But ultimately, it’s up to you to decide how you approach relationships. There isn’t a right or wrong way to do it--there is a more preferable way though that will lead to long term happiness. But for people looking for short term enjoyment and happiness, you may find yourself seeing love at first sight.

Personally i don't believe in "love at first sight". I believe its lust at first sight. How could you possibly love someone if you don't know their background, or theirs flaws. You possibly can't love them if you can't accept their flaws. Maybe you hate how this person talks, thinks, or even eats. Love must come with time and effort. Love is patient. Lust comes with being in love of the THOUGHT of them not actually being in love WITH them

It's not about being beaten by consequences or actions, its about learning and taking these painful and horrendous experiences, and using them to shape your future, to make yourself a better person for tomorrow, and the next day, and 10 years after.

Love can be seen at first sight, but that topic is a little touchy due to the fact that it can be argued from different viewpoints, and that there are different kinds of love (in my personal opinion) that you experience throughout life, kinds that build up into what people believe is true love. Basically, It's not until you experience love to know your answer, because everyone has their own version of love, and it may not match what you think is love. Know what I'm trying to get at? I forgot what I was gonna say after the first line so I winged it.
