My Teaching Philosophy
The ages of early childhood to adolescence are very important stages of human development. People are learning new skills and discovering their expertise. The key to a successful education is an open minded and rewarding teacher. Each student is different in the way they learn and find their interests. It is crucial teachers try their best to cater the students using visual, auditory and kinesthetic teaching.
Although teaching style is principal, being a GOOD teacher goes far beyond giving students information. Teachers should provide students with confidence and a sense of independence. Teachers do not only educate, but they set a standard of faith in each student.
The classroom should be a safe environment where teachers help their students understand morals. Students should be able to speak and think freely because learning does not stop with Math, English, Social Studies and Science.
