Bullying
Behind every smile, frown, shape, size, and color is a story. A story that explains why they are the way they are, something that can’t be seen from the outside. If there’s anything I’ve learned from my years here at East High School, it’s that you really can’t adequately judge someone’s character or personality until you’ve heard their story. I think everyone has been a bully and been bullied at some point in their life, it can be hard to avoid. But what we can do is try our best to be aware and conscious of others and the importance of kindness and love. Because when it comes down to it, we’re all going through life together, all trying to make today into a better tomorrow, why not help each other along the way?
