I want to leave
someone please take me away
to the sacred place
were no one has secrets
where you can see every face

where every word
flies free in the garden
like the wings of a butterfly
around the fowers
the songs illuminate the skies
and the smiles drown the sadness

someone please
take me to some small town
were everyone knows everyone
like the trees in a forest
were the tiny world
is full of tiny problems
were magic
is just another possiblity
and people fon't stop believin'
because everyone has open arms
and there are no separate ways

Amanda!
everything here is
more than a feeling
Boston is nothing
nor is Chicago

this has been
an irreapleacable Journey
full of bugs, and beatles
hopes, and dreams
havens and escapes
where there are no guns or roses
the poison is nowhere near the houses
people don't just surrender
because they know
it will be alright

This place
is my place
a place where i can picture
everything in possition

marmalade skies
strawberry fields
sad songs, made better
ballads slowly playing
and yellow submarines
going under
experimenting the seas
we live in
forever*

I was inspired by MUSIC to write this. In the poem there are names of 'old' bands and songs.

Claudia,

Your poem is a great example of how deep your parents have formed you and your empathy with the passion they feel. Since young you have inspired a sence of individuality and intense love for everything you do. I truely believe you are a star that shines since you were born. Your live and future will continue shinning and these steps are a clear example of who you are and who you will be. I love you with all my heart and never forget I will be hear forever for you. I believe in you always. XOXOXXOOXOXOX

Very thoughtful poem, very thoughtful poet! Keep writing, keep digging into your soul and most of all keep sharing them with us.

I love this poem, it is well inspired in the eighties. I hope it will be published, so this girl keep writing more poems. This is a good example of what teenagers can do these days and that if you put enough heart in what you are doing you can succeed in life.
