The speech of Man has bypassed simple praise,

And none will protest this destructive gun

For words they stalk beneath law’s fiery gaze.

Our timid self-esteems they set ablaze;

A crime by friends who are now aliens,

The speech of Man has bypassed simple praise.

Mere lackeys serving humans Nature-raised;

Man’s murder of his mother they condone,

For words they stalk beneath law’s fiery gaze.

More toxic than our filthy waterways,

Our passionate emotions hate speech stuns,

The speech of Man has bypassed simple praise.

The cities digital they cruelly razed,

And towards the Web the hordes of bullets lunge,

For words they stalk beneath law’s fiery gaze.

The lacerated victim goes to pray,

Her faith tagged terrorist by lies they spun.

The speech of Man has bypassed simple praise

For words they stalk beneath law’s fiery gaze.
