Karma
Said I love you one too many times
Told one too many lies
My best friend
How could you
Why did I trust you?
So in the end you dumped both of us
Tried to do it with no fuss
So we both cried over you
Not just some little boo hoo
After our tears were shed
We went to bed
With revenge on our mind
We are going to teach you
A little thing called karma
So we plotted and plotted
Knowing what to do
With one main goal of hurting you
So the day came
We so eagerly anticipated
Plan in action
We saw you
Knew what to do
But in seconds realized
Something beat us to it
A little thing called karma
You sat there crying
Saying you girlfriend broke up with you
I just stood there looking at you
Knowing how you feel
Because it is what you did to me
Ripped my heart into three
But I didn’t go to comfort you
Like I knew I should do
I just ignored you
Watched you boo hoo
Over her
And I
Took something of yours to remember you by
Cause hopefully the pain of loving you will heal in time
