Collection of Poetry of Mount Mitchell
1.The crisp crunch of snow underfoot
The birds flapping around
and singing their songs
The bright sun shining down
Mount Mitchell
Has it all
Hiking, skiing, Camping
Fishing, biking,gem mining
A place to visit
One like no other
2. The tall mountains looming over us
Shadows and light combined
Snow falling, Sun setting
The prettiest view you could ever see
A quiet, solitary place
Full of wildlife and snow
That is what Mount Mitchell is
A mountain to visit
3. You look of the peak
Seeing the rest of the mountains makes you jump
A tall wonder that lets you see all
The music of nature is always behind you
The beat of heat coming from above
The song of the mountains is the prettiest you’ll hear
