In my hand
A broken Shell lies among shattered glass
Discarded as if useless
All its value left with the missing part
Given up trying to be found and valued
Only a careful eye will see the abandoned shell
That careful eye will still prefer the Shell’s whole value
Just a piece of trash, thought nothing of
It’s worth used, damaged, and thrown away
Value is still retained in the azure blue Shell
The sun’s first light reveals itself after a gloomy day
No one will see the Shell’s value,
Everyone will see the rainbow it created
When it was finally touched by Light
