I take my pen
I take my paper
I look at the board
And decide to copy it later

I drop my pen
I drop my paper
I decide to cheat
So I look to my neighbor

She’s working diligently
And doesn’t have a clue
I copy number one
And copy number two

I’m in the middle of number three
When I thought cheating was easy
She looked to me
I looked to her
I knew I wouldn’t be cheating anymore
She raised her hand
I tensed
I think I might have grown
A sixth, seventh, and eighth sense

“Mrs. Dixon can I move
I think that one of my neighbors
Is trying to cheat”

Mrs. Dixon looks to me
I look back at her
I give her a weak smile
She turns, and puts my name on the board

Michelle, she packs her bag
And winks at me
And leaves me behind
I look at her, like she lost her mind

I look at her desk
There it is
Her paper and her pen

i liked it, it was simple yet told a story...pretty hard to do. the ending did come a little to fast, just keep pace with the rest of the poem, it's like slow (the pace) but not too slow. if u keep better pace with the poem, i think it will be better.

This would be a good poem. It creates a good image, but I feel like Andrea said that it lacks details. Everything else is great and I love how the rhyming words flow together. Although the ending stanza had me a little confused and it was somewhat abrupt. But other than thaaaaaaaat, lol it was very good and I enjoyed reading it.

love others how you would want to be loved

A little weak try to put more detail into it. The words and detail will tell the story.
