"It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

- Socrates

When I do look upon your face, O love,

Your beauty shines as radiant beams above;

Your heart doth hold compassion in its palm,

Your love for me, all worries does it calm.

My fondness grows more each and every day,

With feeling even gold cannot defray.

Its worthy spirit deep inside my soul

Delights my heart; its beating forms a knoll,

Which rises with a purpose and a song.

Divine Almighty, bless my joy from wrong.

Please let it flourish even if parts flake,

For only deeper love will it awake.
