Why should I wait,
To seize the day,
To take what I want,
What I need?
And who is to say,
That the day is not today,
For now I feel it stir,
Inside of me.
My feelings churn,
And my glowing cheeks burn,
Under your blazing eyes,
As we say goodbye.
Oh why, oh why,
Didn’t I kiss,
Those lips I have desired,
For so long?
So now is the time,
To seize the moment;
To take it by the hand,
And steal your heart away.
