Never Hurt You
Her past was full of acts beyond any nightmare,

Some of them would make you cry,

Cry for sorrow and a reason asking why,

Why her, why something something so special, so rare?

His words would swallow her up like the ocean,

Every lie was a knife stabbing her in the heart,

I have never heard of such inhuman acts of betrayal in my life,

Razors, drinks, and drugs would never take them away.

I was chosen out of a billion,

Chosen to save her from the world, from the pain, from the past,

I would take out the knives stuck in her heart,

I would show there is more under those beautiful brown eyes,

There is a girl that has taken my hand,

To treat her like that again would be the worst sin,

I will give her my heart and show her how love really is,

And slowly we both will throw away the past.

I will do my best to make her smile,

Never taking my eyes off her heart for anything,

That is what I am telling you,

And I mean that with every piece of my heart.
