When I am gone,
Please don’t miss me.
For I will be born again.
I will not remember you in my mind,
But I’ll know you forever in my heart.
When I am gone.
Please, don’t shed tears for me,
Don’t fret about my fate.
For I will be born again.
And I will see the world once more
With a fresh new pair of innocent eyes.
When I am gone.
I will not rise to see the pearly gates
Nor will I fall into the fiery pit beneath.
For I will be born again.
So don’t you worry about me, because
I will live another wondrous life
When I am gone.
For I will be born again.
